The story of Delhi’s newest Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is something straight out of a Bollywood movie. Anil Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee starrer Nayak redux, anyone? Don’t we all love films where a common man, sick of the way those few with power are running things, decides to take things into his own hands and succeeds?
While the Aam Aadmi Party leader’s story is not your usual ‘rags-to-riches’ saga, it’s really interesting. Arvind’s journey from a prominent activist to an honest, clean and a promising politician is so full of masala and adventure that it’s only a matter of time before we see a Bollywood movie inspired by his life.
Honestly, a biopic of Arvind Kejriwal will have enough emotion, honesty and drama to wow cine-goers.
